Dispute Policy
Disputes are handled according to the applicable laws and competent authorities in the user's country or the jurisdiction agreed in the relevant work order.
Where possible, parties are encouraged to first attempt an amicable resolution through Imatechs before referring the matter to the competent authority.
Imatechs is not an arbitration body or the service provider; it acts as a platform for request documentation, workflow coordination, and communication facilitation between the client and the provider.
Imatechs does not guarantee provider performance, delivery timelines, commercial outcomes, or campaign results. Clients and providers remain responsible for the agreements, scopes, and obligations between them.
